Rick & Terri Freeman have been selling real estate in our area for over 25 years and have been consistently the top selling agents during that time period. Having personally sold over 500 NEW homes, many of which were custom designed and built, the Freemans have the knowledge and expertise to make your dream home a reality. Rick has his construction supervisors license and understands the building process from an insiders point of view allowing him to guide you through all of the steps of the home building process. Terri handles the myriad of details and keeps you informed of the day to day progress and will assist in the many decision that need to be made while your home is being constructed. Now working with Keller Williams Realty, Rick & Terri have a reputation and history of getting the job done and enjoy over 1,000 happy clients whom they have assisted in buying or selling a home. The Freemans can also assist you in marketing your current home, should you need that service, and will coordinate the transition from your current home to your new home at Applebrook Farms.
